So far so good

I am just taking it slow. I had a long conversation with hubby about getting the house in order. I feel like all areas of our lives need to be cleaned up so we should get started. My goal for today was no sweets and so far so good.

  1. You know that's where I started, no sweets. I also started walking 30 mins a day (which you probably read). At first it was tough as heck but as the days, weeks, months went by it got easier and it became my ice cream. A conversation with your husband was a good start too. I know with my family it took them a long time to get with the program. Even now when I go away they have a food free for all lol. I think baby steps are a good start.
